We are located at Calle Bailén, 8, in Barcelona, between the Arc de Triomf and Plaza Tetuán. You can easily get there by public transport:

  • Metro: Arc de Triomf (L1), Urquinaona (L1 and L4) and Tetuan (L2)
  • Train: Arc de Triomf (R1, R3, R4 and RG1)
  • Bus (201, 54, 6, B24, D50, H12 and V17)

Our WhatsApp and email service is available from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Friday.

New releases, editorial collections, out-of-print books, second-hand items, board games and role-playing games (new or used)… check all the available stock in the bookstore using our search engine and request the material you want to receive at home!

  1. Search in the search engine. If it doesn’t appear, we don’t have it. If you have any questions, ask us.
  2. Write to us via Whatsapp (books in Spanish and Catalan and English, games and comics) or by email and request the material you want.
  3. We will tell you the shipping cost. For purchases over €80, shipping is free (in the Iberian Peninsula).
  4. We will give you a secure, one-time payment link that is valid for 4 hours.
  5. Once the order has been processed, you will receive it in 48h – 72h.

Payment

We work with the Stripe platform to guarantee secure and convenient online payment. This platform allows us to accept credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets and dozens of payment methods from around the world.

Shipping

In-store pickup: free.

Shipping by courier:

Peninsula:

  • €4.90 shipping costs for orders under 40.00 €,.
  • Free shipping on orders over 40.00 €,.

Balearic Islands:

  • €10 shipping costs on any order.

Shipping by post:

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

  • €15 shipping costs on any order.

In-store pickup is free and we offer you the possibility of conveniently picking up your order at our store.

Important information:

  • We keep your order for 60 days.
  • If you cannot come in person to pick it up, you have two options:
    1. Add a note to your order indicating the full name of the authorized person.
    2. Forward the “Order ready for pickup” email to the person who will pick up your order, including a message such as:
      “I authorize [full name of the person] to pick up my order.”

If an order includes one or more pre-sale items and in-stock items, the order will be shipped when all items are available. That is, it will wait until the latest release date.

The courier company will send you a message so you can track your order. If you have not received it, please contact us.

No. Currently, website orders and orders placed via Whatsapp are managed independently.

Returns and refunds

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of withdrawal from the purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Store credit

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contacto@gigamesh.com and we will tell you how to proceed.

To return a product, it must be sent or brought to this address:

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of withdrawal from the purchase. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

In the event that the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, Gigamesh will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.

Pre-sale

If an order includes one or more pre-sale items, the order will be shipped when all items are available. That is, it will wait until the latest release date.

We work to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible, always complying with the instructions of the publishers and distributors.

These are all items made especially for you and that contain unique elements of various kinds, such as additional stories, alternative dust jackets, prints…

Second hand

At Gigamesh we classify the condition of books into three:

A: Optimal condition

B: Moderate wear

C: Complete used copy

To bring material for valuation and sale, it is necessary to make an appointment using the form. A list of the material to be sold will also be appreciated, in order to avoid trips.
